I was looking up advice for starting out a webcomic a few months after it would have done me much good, and apparently a really common thing is that in the first comic the joke in the last panel is about how the writer forgot to include a joke.  Apparently it’s so common that it’s cliche and is to be avoided.  But I forget to include a joke in every strip.  Especially this one.

Also, I tried to draw Crow from a three-quarters perspective in panel 1.  It didn’t really work.  I’ll have to see if I can find a better reference image.
