Uh-oh, he’s introducing a new character.  That usually means they’re out of ideas…

This is the last we’ll see of Tumbleweed Bill for a while.  I do plan to make him an occasionally recurring character, but I don’t have much else from him to do right now and we have more important things to worry about.
